The Frick Collection Expansion and Renovation includes approximately 60,000 SF of upgraded repurposed space and 27,000 SF of new construction. The first comprehensive upgrade since 1935. Improving facilities for special exhibitions, education programs, conservation, and visitor amenities.
Responsible for bidding and awarding for over $20 MM in trades, ranging from superstructure concrete, masonry to the high-end interior finishes packages such as stone and tile, millwork, hardwood floors. Coordination and management of many trades in complex construction logistics of the sensitive existing historic building.
